Due to sanitation issues, all jewelry sales are final.  If you've received an item that is defective, please send us an E-mail 5 days of receipt for an exchange with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). To initiate an exchange, contact us by email at sales@docialynn.com. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and supply you with a shipping address. Please note, we must receive the item in its original package and new condition in order to process your exchange. You must clearly mark your RMA number on packages you return; we cannot accept your shipment without it. We suggest that you place insurance on all packages that you send to us as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
